Health & Safety

E N Suiter places the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, clients, contractors and those we meet in our daily business as our first priority.

The company is committed to continually pursuing progressive improvements in health and safety and believes that the development of competency in all employees and contractors is vital to minimising any possible risks. All employees receive adequate and effective training and instruction and all contractors must adhere to our strict Health & Safety rules.

We promote a positive safety culture through a focus on people and their behaviours: common sense, site awareness and the correct training are vital. We liaise with sites constantly and carry out regular unannounced checks - using an external Health & Safety professional - to ensure that people on site are looked after correctly. These visits also raise any concerns and alert us to potential incidents, giving us the opportunity to train and educate on other sites before a possible situation can even arise.
