The construction of a new community centre with football pitch adjacent an existing residential development comprising of 212 houses/flats as part of a joint venture with Kier Living and Taylor Wimpey (the total development site is for 426 houses/flats). The site is situated in Little Paxton approximately 1.7 km to the north of the town of St Neots.
The roads and sewers had already been constructed for the development which serves the community centre.
