We secured this project via a negotiated tender which was let under a JCT Design and Build Contract 2011. The two-storey steel framed office blockis constructed on unmaintained grasslandand required piled foundations.The office block was constructed of materials to match the nearby units built by E N Suiter and Sons in 2013, comprising Marley Eternit fibre cement slates on the roof, buff facing brickwork with dark grey feature panelson the walls and dark grey door and window frames.
